Analysing the relationship between organizational culture level and types of leadership of the employees

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine LeadershipStyle and Organizational Level of the employees in textile sector. 311 textile employees , who are randomly selected in Bursa, constitude the study sample. In this research Leadership Approach Scale and Organization Culture Scale have been used. In order to examine the data t test and Pearson Product –moment correlation coefficient tecniques have been practiced on. As a result of the data analysis, it is verfied that the Organizational Culture perception of the female emplyees are higher than the male employees. While obtaining the significant results for married employees in Visionary, Democratic Leadership and Empoweing Leadership conversely Charismatic Leadership significant results were obtained for the unmarried employees. It was also found that there is a significant relation between Organizational Culture and Democratic and Empowering Leaderships. The results will be shed light on the studies about Leadership and Organizational Culture.

Çalışanların örgüt kültürü ve liderlik tarzları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, tekstil sektörü çalışanların liderlik tarzları ile örgüt kültürü düzeylerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, tesadüfi olarak seçilen Bursa ilinde tekstil çalışanlarından 311 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Liderlik Yaklaşımları Ölçeği ve Örgüt Kültürü Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise t testi ve Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda Kadın çalışanların örgüt kültürü algıları erkek çalışanlardan daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Vizyoner, Demokratik liderlik ve Güçlendirici liderlik tarzlarında evli çalışanlar lehine anlamlı sonuçlar bulunurken, Karizmatik liderlik tarzında ise tam aksine bekarlar lehine anlamlı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Örgüt kültürü ile Demokratik Liderlik ve Güçlendirici Liderlik arasında ise pozitif anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların liderlik ve örgüt kültürüne yönelik yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.
