Organizational cultures and charismatic leadership of private employees are investigated with regard to some variables

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the charismatic leadership features and organizational culture levels of the private sector employees. The sample of the research consists 301 persons who was incidentally selected from the the textile and metal industry in Istanbul. The Charismatic Leadership Scale and Organizational Culture Scale were used in the research. In the analysis of the data, t-test and F-test (one way variance analysis) and Pearson Moments Multiplication Correlation Coefficient techniques were used. While as a result of the analysis, there were not found significant differences between the gender and organizational culture levels of the private sector employees, there were found significant differences the determination a vision, environmental awareness, in the dimensions of not continuing the status quo in favor of women's who work in private sector. When the educational level variable is examined, the level of organizational culture of the employees with a undergraduate or graduate is found to be significantly higher than employees with a high school education level. Also, as a result of research positive and significant relationship were found between sensitivity to the needs of members with organizational culture, environmental awareness with vision determination, personal risk with vision determination. It is thought that the findings which were found, shed light on studies to be done intended for organizational culture.

Özel sektör çalışanların örgüt kültürü ve karizmatik liderlik özelliklerinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, özel sektör çalışanların karizmatik liderlik özellikleri ile örgüt kültürü düzeylerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, tesadüfi olarak seçilen İstanbul ilinde tekstil ve metal sanayi, çalışanlarından 301 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Karizmatik Liderlik Ölçeği ve Örgüt Kültürü Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise t testi ve F testi (Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi) ve Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda özel sektör çalışanların cinsiyetleri ile örgüt kültürü düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamazken vizyon belirleme, çevresel duyarlılık ve statükoyu sürdürmeme boyutlarında kadın özel sektör çalışanların lehine anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Eğitim seviyesi değişkenine bakıldığında lisans ve üstü olan çalışanların örgüt kültür düzeyi, lise eğitim düzeyine sahip olan çalışanlara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur. Ayrıca araştırma sonucunda örgüt kültürü ile üye ihtiyaçlarına duyarlılık, vizyon belirleme ile çevresel duyarlılık , vizyon belirleme ile kişisel risk arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların örgüt kültürüne yönelik yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.
